14-day money-back guarantee. If DataMend doesn't save you time, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. The guarantee

We offer a 14-day full refund on all purchases of DataMend. You do not need to explain why. If you bought it and it's not working for you — for any reason — you can have your money back.

This applies to purchases made directly through our Gumroad store at datamend.uk.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request"
  2. Include your Gumroad order number (it's in your purchase receipt email)
  3. We'll process the refund within 2 business days

You don't need to delete the software or jump through any hoops. We trust you.

3. Refund processing

Refunds are issued via Gumroad back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.

4. After 14 days

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis after the 14-day window. If DataMend has a bug that prevents it from working on your system and we cannot fix it, we will refund you regardless of when you purchased.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital products sold to UK consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If DataMend fails to meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframe above.
